Influx Insight is supplied for business use only. You acknowledge that you are acquiring access to the platform in trade for the purposes of your business and that the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 does not apply.

Access

Access to this platform is granted by invitation only. Access codes are issued to specific clients and must not be shared. We reserve the right to revoke access at any time.

Permitted use

The tools on this platform are provided for your internal business use only. You may not reproduce, redistribute or resell outputs from the platform without written permission.

No warranty on outputs

Outputs produced by the tools are based on the data you provide. Influx Insight makes no warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of results. You are responsible for validating outputs before acting on them. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, legal or regulatory advice.

Tool previews shown on this site including but not limited to input and output Excel formats or designer screenshots are representative and may not reflect the current version of the tool. Actual output is subject to change.

Warehouse Layout Designer

The Warehouse Layout Designer produces indicative planning models only. Outputs do not constitute engineering specifications, structural designs, or compliance documentation. Any physical racking or warehouse installation must be designed, assessed and approved by a qualified structural engineer in accordance with applicable regulations.

Uploaded data

You retain ownership of any data you upload. By uploading data you confirm you have the right to do so. Uploaded files are processed in memory and are not stored on our servers.

Service availability

We make reasonable efforts to maintain availability of the platform but do not guarantee specific uptime. The platform may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Influx Insight is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the platform or reliance on its outputs.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
